At Scholl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear is not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
